ARGY BARGY IN THE COURT ROOM
Last Monday four Share Drivers attended the Melb. Magistrates court for the hearing of Taxi Services Commission v's Nathan Brenner. It turned out to be quite fortunate that we were there to support Nathan as the other side tried to pull a fast one in the courtroom by switching and adding to the charges.
Happily, as Nathan was chatting to us, we provided the cover he needed as he steadfastly refused to be served with new charges (which were entirely inappropriate to be presented within a courtroom). Later Nathan said to SDA "Thank you for your support, it's gratefully appreciated."
The hearing is ongoing, now scheduled for 11am on the 28th of July.
